Gone but not forgotten; a befitting title of the article below. One woman's efforts to remind us of the the men who were left behind. More than a dedication to the unkown soldier, but rather a daily reminder to a fallen American who was left behind, and the pain that remains in our hearts every day. Personally, having experienced combat, I don't feel that war is a wonderful thing, but then again The United States of America did not win its independence by handing out Olive Branches. We did not end slavery in America with the Olive Branch. Kathy, thank you for remembering a fallen comrad. |
